All offers are valid as long as stock lasts.

Prices

All prices are in Euro and include VAT.

Shipping

There is always free shipping on orders over 105 Euro.
Orders under 105 Euro pays a shipping fee on 11 eur.

Payments

Online Payment / Direct Payment:
We accept payment by VISA and Mastercard.

All card data are handled by Auriga. Auriga meets the requirements for PCI-DSS. All management is encrypted according to PCI requirements.

Receipt / Order Confirmation

When you place an accepted ordering a e-mail will be sent to the email address you have entered, this e-mail works as an order confirmation. Make sure that you have provided accurate data for delivery. Together with the delivery you will receive a paper receipt.

Delivery

We deliver to all countries within Europe. The delivery time is about 4-7 days depending on which country.
In case of delay, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
It is up to the customer to enter the correct delivery address. If a package comes back to us sent to the wrong stated address or not picked up, the customer is responsible for paying new shipping fee.

Transportation Damage

If a product from us is damaged during shipment it must be notified to Acasiashop within a reasonable time after the consumer discovered or should have discovered the error.

Complaints

Acasiashop follows the Consumer Complaints Board's recommendations.
It is the customer's responsibility to see that he has received right
products in his delivery. If the customer receive a incorrect product or if product is damaged, the customer have to contact Acasiashop.com within a reasonable time of the receiving for complaint. We will pay potential shipping charges for the complaint.

In case the consumer cancels an order on a real reason, we will refund the consumer within 30 days from the date of Acasiashop received notice of complaint.

Return policy

We follow the law on consumer protection in distance and doorstep selling. An unused product, unopened and in unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery is received. You must bear the cost of returning the goods. When we received the goods and approved that the product, including the packaging is intact, we will refund money for goods including the reinstated charges. The money is paid to the account used for payment.

Cancellation period starts from the date you received your order.

In change of product the customer stands for the shipping back to Acasiashop.com + shipping for new goods.
Please contact us before sending anything back.

The consumer has the right to open the package and examine the goods, except for skincare, creams and makeup. Due to hygienic reasons, under the Act 2005:59,4:1.2.3. the package may not be opened on creams, cleansing and make-up then the product deteriorates.

Repayment

In the event that the consumer on correct reasons cancels an order, we will refund the consumer within 30 days from the date of Acasiashop received notice of complaint.

Secrecy

We treat all personal information you provide to us in accordance with the Privacy Act. We protect your personal information and use only the information you provided to implement the delivery to you and for future offers, if you have given us your permission to this.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the market, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, price raising events and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the detailed agreement and commitment from our side, which can not keep that agreement shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
